The salespeople, office staff, and service department are completely professional and leave no stone unturned in making their customers happy, Israel, Susan and Jayson went over and beyond the call of duty in satisfying our needs and making the transition from one lease to another painless. Israel found just the vehicle we wanted, and Susan and Jayson made sure the lease agreement was perfect! Service is always top notch!
We stopped by to get new tires but began talking to Josh and ended up buying a new car. Even after the sell he was easy to contact and eager to make us happy. It was a great experience!
MBOSM is the Chick-fil-a of auto dealership customer service. Billy Hebert and the service department team are the main reason I am a customer for life. You will not experience the professionalism, personal service, efficiency, and all of the extras (like picking my car up and bringing me a loaner for oil changes) at any other dealership on the Gulf Coast.
Going on 3 years with my GLK ,and the service team is far better than anyone else. Dealing with Billy Herbert and his team makes it easy to keep my car run in tip top shape. He is quick to schedule, pick up repair and return my car, always leaving me with a loaner. His attention to details and making sure all my question and concerns are addressed. Looking forward to a long relationship and many more new cars with this dealership and Billy .
