What a fantastic vehicle purchasing experience. Everyone at this dealership was a pleasure to deal with. Our sales person, Preston, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and an absolute sweetheart.. Susan in financing was super nice and got my paperwork done quickly. You could tell that the manager, Chris, genuinely cared about me as a customer. I felt right at home in looking at and purchasing a new vehicle. I was not pressured in any way and felt that everyone genuinely wanted to assist me. The people are the reason that I will keep coming back to this dealership. I love my vehicle!!!

Personal is a great description for our experience. I was able to trust that Israel and Mercedes Benz of South MIssissippi would provide my family the highest level of service without me being present. Trusting a car salesman to provide the customer a great opportunity can sometimes be difficult, but not with Israel, or at Mercedes Benz of South Mississippi. I truly want to thank you all for your help in developing a life long relationship that will extend for generations.

Was totally blown away that Stephen Furney took the extra time to deliver a 2019 Mercedes to my front door, which was two hours away from the dealership! This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Customer service at its finest!

When a vehicle is purchased the product is defined by how responsive and how it’s represented by the Service Department. Billy who is the Service Manager is the epitome of professionalism. He genuinely cares about how well he represents what occurs after the sale. He ensures that every experience is a great one. He makes you feel as though you matter and he works with you as though you’re his only concern in every exchange from beginning to end. I currently live in New Orleans, however I would never have my vehicle serviced there! I retired from the military after 24 years of service and currently the Operation Manager for a Naval Lodging facility. Therefore I am very familiar with customer service. The Service Managet Mr.Billy Herbert was most accommodating and professional who really cares. He made my experience not good but GREAT!!! Again thanks.
