I had a piece of metal stuck in the sidewall of my tire. Contacted Mike Rhea. Scheduling was easy and convenient. He verified they had the tire in stock. The service took the amount of time expected. Upon arrival at appointment I had 2 additional questions about my car which Mike was willing to look into and answer promptly.

The service department is great about getting you in to service as quickly as possible, usually no later than the next business day. That's great in this world of supply chain and worker shortages.

This is by far the most superior dealership that I have dealt with. From purchasing my car to having it picked up for service ( because I live out of state) and they even brought me a loaner car and delivered my car back to me when the service was complete.
